XF-CQ13 Road Surface Temperature Sensor is self-developed and produced by our company. It adopts infrared temperature measurement technology which can effectively measure and record the real-time road surface temperature without contacting the road.

XF-CQ13 road surface temperature sensor will not damage the road surface nor to interfere with traffic during its installation. The passive infrared detection technology can accurately detect the road surface temperature. It can be used under various conditions where contact road surface temperature sensors are inconvenient or cannot be installed. This device can be installed on existing weather stations or other buildings which has unobstructed view of the road surface.

Principle

XF-CQ13 Road Surface Temperature Sensor uses the principle of thermoelectric effect to measure and detect infrared radiation signals. It converts infrared radiation energy into thermal energy, and then converts thermal energy into electrical energy.

Installation

When installing this product, please ensure that the irradiation angle is 30°-90°, and there is no obstruction in the irradiation path. During installation, ensure that the surface of the measured area should be as uniform, flat and level as possible, and there must be no obstacles or potholes on the surface.

While ensuring the above conditions, fix this product on the pole through the universal joint, with the lens facing the measured road surface.
