2. Installation and testing
2.1 Mechanical installation
The sensor is installed on the surface of the object to be measured, and the monitoring surface of the sensor is flush with the surface of the object to be measured. The installation principle is that the surface of the sensor can reflect the icing on the surface of the object to be measured, and try to prevent the monitoring surface of the sensor from being covered by other impurities, so as to improve the detection accuracy.

2.3 PC version test scheme
The DC regulated power supply is used to supply power to the sensor, and the RS485 to USB serial port conversion device (ut-890 is recommended) is used for the communication between the sensor and the host computer.
1. Double-click SETUP.EXE, follow the steps to complete the installation, and generate shortcut keys
2. After turning on the power supply, data communication line and completing the software settings, the upper computer software starts data collection, and the collected data will be automatically saved in the computer.
2.4 Customer self-development model
The sensor adopts the MODBUS-RTU standard communication protocol. The user can write the address of the sensor according to his own definition method, only need to use the test software provided by us to enter the corresponding address number in the address setting column, the address setting range is 1~247, Click "Set slave address".
