Q: How can I collect data? A: If you have your own data logger, you only need to buy our sensor and meanwhile we send you communication protocol.
Q: What's the lifetime of this dust sensor? A: At least 5 years long. Every sensor has its own calibration certificate or testing report.
Q:What's the delivery time? A: Usually, we dispatch goods in 3-5 working days after receiving your payment. But it depends on your quantity.
Q: May I know your warranty? A: Yes, usually it's 1 year. We can send you detailed warranty document if needed.
