Soil Sensor Installation Guidelines

To ensure measurement accuracy, the probe must maintain full contact with the soil during installation. Additionally, the installation site should be free of large rocks or plant roots that could interfere with the readings.

Furthermore, accurate measurement of soil moisture and EC requires the soil temperature to be above 0°C. For EC measurements specifically, a volumetric water content (VWC) of greater than 20% is also required to ensure data stability.
