The hazards of PM2.5 and PM10

PM2.5 and PM10 refer to particles with a particle size of 2.5 microns or less and 10 microns, respectively, and are one of the most dangerous air pollutants. Due to its small size, PM2.5 particles can penetrate deep into the human lungs and cause a variety of health problems; such as asthma attacks or cardiovascular diseases. Sensirion's new PM2.5 sensor solution enables innovative air quality monitoring to prevent air pollution damage.
