Use and maintenance of soil pH sensor
1. There is an appropriate amount of 3.3mol/L KCl solution in the protective cover at the front of the electrode, and the electrode tip is immersed in it to keep the glass bulb and liquid junction activated;
2. When using the electrode, remove the front transparent protective cover, and immerse the glass bulb and liquid junction in the solution for use;
3. Before installation, be sure to use raw material tape (3/4 thread position) to do a waterproof seal to prevent water from entering the PH electrode and causing short circuit of the PH electrode cable;
4. When measuring, wash it in distilled water (or deionized water) first, and absorb the water with filter paper to prevent impurities from entering the measured liquid. The electrode bulb and liquid junction should be completely immersed in the measured liquid;
5. Check whether the terminal is dry, if it is stained, please wipe it with absolute alcohol and use it after drying;
6. It is recommended that users regularly clean the glass bulb and liquid junction in front of the electrode, and coordinate with the instrument for calibration regularly;
7. The electrode should be washed when not in use, and inserted into the protective cover with saturated potassium chloride solution.
