The solar radiation intensity affects the power generation of the photovoltaic system. According to the mathematical model of crystalline silicon solar cells commonly used in engineering, the literature uses the hourly data of typical meteorological years, considers the influence of solar radiation intensity, and calculates separately using Visual Basic language programming.
The amount of electricity generated by the photovoltaic cell module in one day and one year, and compared with the calculation results of the peak sunshine hours method without considering the influence of radiation intensity. The results show that the difference between the hourly calculation results of radiation intensity in Kunming and the calculation results without radiation intensity is 7.05%, and the local solar radiation intensity distribution must be considered in the photovoltaic system design.
