Safety and Maintenance
The installation site of the TBQ-2C radiometer should be selected above the plane of the sensing element without any obstacles, and ensure that there are no obstacles higher than 5°C in the sunrise and sunset directions. The sensor should not be near light-colored buildings or other objects that easily reflect sunlight, nor should it be near artificial radiation sources.
When installing, place the plug of the meter facing north, adjust the level first, and then fix it.
The link cable between the TBQ-2C pyrometer and the recorder should be a double-layer shielded wire and have waterproof performance. The cable should be firmly fixed on the bracket or buried in the ground for protection.
The pyranometer that works continuously is checked at least once a day, and the content of the check mainly depends on whether the glass cover is clean. If there is snow, frost, dew, etc., try to gently remove these sediments. In addition, the level status and the effectiveness of the desiccant should be checked regularly. There is no moisture in the hood.
