Product Description
DustLV is an intelligent dust accumulation monitor based on blue light optical technology, specially developed for photovoltaic modules, and monitors the degree of panel surface pollution in real time. The device detects the changes in the reflection and scattering characteristics of light on the panel surface, calculates the transmission loss (TL) and the soiling rate (SR) caused by pollution, and provides a quantifiable cleanliness status judgment for the photovoltaic system.
DustLV is easy to install and use, with an IP65 protection level, suitable for all types of outdoor photovoltaic power station environments. The product does not need to be connected to the current system, realizing true "non-contact pollution monitoring", and is an important sensor device for the intelligent operation and maintenance of modern photovoltaic power stations.

Optical recognition technology
Using high-precision sensors to capture changes in the intensity of reflected and scattered light on the glass surface, combined with blue light short-wave recognition technology, accurately judge the cleanliness of the panel.
Real-time pollution data output
Automatically calculate the key pollution parameters TL and SR, and the pollution level is clearly visible. When the set pollution value is reached, an automatic reminder can be issued to help the operation and maintenance personnel decide whether to clean.
Flexible installation and simple maintenance
The equipment can be installed on the side of the photovoltaic module or keep it on the same plane as the module, supporting dry cleaning or wet cleaning, which is consistent with the cleaning method of the module. No additional maintenance is required.
IP65 protection level
Fully sealed structure, waterproof and dustproof, suitable for a variety of complex environments such as sandy areas, seaside, power station deserts, mountainous areas, etc.
